The Cerberus adjustable bench is a light-built residential grade option; designed for a beginner level home gym. Designed to support a maximum of 350Lbs.

The Cerberus is fully adjustable with incline and decline. Offering inclines of  0, 30, 45, 60, & 75 degrees. Decline of 15 Degrees. The seat cushion is also adjustable.  

Offering a wide pad, this will offer comfort and resilient back support when your pushing your limits! Leg restraints offer cushions in order to lock you into place.

The Cerberus comes with a handle with sturdy wheels. This gives the agility of being moved around without the worry that your stuck in one spot.

Too much movement out of the box

After assembling the bench I noticed the back rest moved significantly. I tightened the bolt connecting the seat and backrest and it improved only slightly. If you tighten it too tightly the seat does not adjust easily. I decided to install two washers on both ends of the bolt and only then did it become sturdy.

Great bench, solid and comfortable but also beautiful. The way the name looks, etched in the steel and the embroidered Mighty makes for a really nice looking piece of equipment
